Our Management Team combines over 47 years of combined experience in Lending, Business Management and Financial Planning. We are committed to the growth of all of our team members through mentoring, coaching, and continuing education. Our goal is to help create a platform in which all team members can grow personally and professionally.
Processing Team
Our Processing Team has been hired and trained to meet the needs of our Mortgage Consultants and their clients through our Client for Life Philosophies. The Team, with over 31 years of combined experience, exists to help clients realize their dreams of home ownership and help our Mortgage Consultants create a Raving Fan of every client.
The Processing Team has experience in a wide variety of loan programs - Conventional, FHA, VA, CHFA, Construction Financing, Reverse Mortgages, Sub-Prime, etc. Their goal is just not to process what is given to them, but to have a thorough knowledge and understanding of our entire product line and underwriting guidelines, and apply that knowledge to every file. Aside from their extensive technical abilities related to processing, we have developed a Processing Team to partner with each Mortgage Consultant individually, so processing actually becomes part of the Consultant's Business Plan and growth.
Underwriting and Closing/Funding
Our Underwriting and Closing philosophy is also built on the idea of providing personalized service. We have an open door policy for questions, training, help with files, and restructuring loans to better meet the needs of each client. We make sure that every file is given the personal attention it deserves.
Our in-house Underwriter and Closer are partnered with the team of Underwriters and Closers within the company through an on-line scanning system. All files can be reviewed, underwritten, and closed in a timely manner anywhere within the company if needed.
We believe that Underwriting and Closing are truly a team effort, the transfer of files from Underwriting to Closing is a seamless process, providing a smoother and quicker closing time. Through our advanced technology systems and built in loan notification systems, Mortgage Consultants and Processors are automatically notified throughout the entire process- Lock Confirmations, Loan Approvals, and at each step of the Closing process.
